About Matthew Meeks, M.S., NASM-CPT
Matthew Meeks is a passionate health and wellness professional with over a decade of experience helping individuals achieve lasting, transformative results. He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Matthew’s approach blends evidence-based training, personalized coaching, and a deep understanding of human physiology to support clients at every stage of their wellness journey. From guiding cancer survivors through clinical exercise programs to building and managing successful wellness-based businesses, his mission has always been the same: to empower people to feel stronger, live better, and thrive.

Base Memberships:

All base memberships include the following:

  • Individualized monthly training program and tracking ($250 value)

  • Proxy membership to MDfitlife’s online coaching portal through totalcoaching.com

  • Intake fitness assessment ($250 value) and follow-up assessment(s) every 12 weeks of membership

  • "SMART" goal establishment and tracking

  • Two (2) one-on-one training sessions per month with a single guest pass ($300 value)

  • Unlimited access to open training and coaching hours

  • Unlimited access to special fitness events including Saturday morning workouts, summer boot camps, walking and running clubs, TRX club, and health and wellness workshops

  • Special discounted price for additional one-on-one training sessions

1:1 Personal Training

$150/hr

Workouts are designed to each clients’ specific goals, however all sessions will generally incorporate varying degrees of cardiorespiratory, resistance, flexibility, and functional movement training.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment

$250

All fitness assessments include body composition analysis, postural and movement screening, submaximal VO2max testing, pulmonary function test, balance/stability assessment, heart rate and blood pressure, and anatomical measurements of waist, chest, hips, and upper and lower limbs. Assessments can take up to two hours to complete. Please plan accordingly.

Group Training

$200/hr

Five (5) participant maximum.
